Q : How do I know what I’m purchasing is an authetic item?
A : At Daikokuya, all of our items are guaranteed authentic. Each item we sell and buy has been meticulously and thoroughly checked and verified by one of our highly experienced authenticators. Whenever you make a purchase from us, you can always rest assured that you are getting a genuine luxury pre-owned item.

Q : How do you determine prices?
A : Our prices are based on various factors including, but not limited to: condition, age, original retail price, brand, style, colour, material and desirability.

Q : Does my purchase come with a warranty?
A : Daikokuya offers a 12-month warranty on all items. Please note, this warranty only covers the authenticity of the item and does not cover damage. Please refer to our returns policy and contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if you have any concerns regarding the condition.

Q : What countries do Daikokuya ship to?
A : Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the UK, excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. However, we are doing our best to be able to offer international shipping in the future. Please subscribe to our mailing list so that you will be the first to be notified when it happens.

Q : What shipping service do Daikokuya use?
A : We use DHL EXPRESS service to deliver your item(s), enabling full tracking of the parcel at all times. All packages are insured through the courier and will require an adult to sign for receipt, to ensure that your items reach you safely.

Q : How long will it take to receive my order?
A : Orders are usually despatched the same day (if the order is received before 11am). However, please allow up to five working days for your item(s) to be delivered. You will be contacted if there are any foreseeable delays with the despatch of your item(s). We will deliver your item(s) to the invoice address that is given at the time of order, unless you have chosen to collect from one of our stores in London. We will deliver to another address if you ask for this but this can delay the delivery of the item.

Q : What is the cost of delivery?
A : Delivery cost to addresses within the UK (excluding Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) will be :
For an order under £2500: Flat rate of £25
For an order over £2500: Flat rate of £45

Q : Can I track my order?
A : The tracking number for your order will be provided with a shipping confirmation email, and you will be able to track your order at DHL Tracking Page: http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html

Q : Is my information secure?

Q : What payment methods can I use to buy online?
A : Daikokuya accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. We only accept payment in full.

Q : Can I cancel an order?
A : Once your order has been placed, you have until your order is despatched to request for it to be cancelled. To request an order cancellation, please email us at cutomercare@daikokuya.co.uk, detailing your request, along with your order number.

Q : What is the returns policy?
A : If you would like to do a return, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your item(s), by emailing us at customercare@daikokuya.co.uk, detailing your order number and the item(s) you will be returning. You then have to send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of date when you tell us that you want to return your item. You must return the item(s) in its original condition as set out in our description, along with original packaging also in its original condition, with the plastic security plastic tag still attached to the items(s) and not being with tampered with, or your refund will not be processed.
